Sellers & Associates, P.C. was formed in
September 1999.
Carol L. Sellers, CPA
Carol is a Russell County native and an Auburn
University graduate. Carol began her career with
Hullett, Kellum & McKinney P.C. in Birmingham as
a staff accountant and audit supervisor. After
five years of working with public accounting
firms, Carol located her firm in Dadeville ,
Alabama . She specializes in audits of
governmental and nonprofit organizations,
personal and corporate income taxes, and estate
planning.

Our clients receive a
professionally conducted audit by competent
accountants and a simultaneous review of tax,
operational and business problems. We can also help
with audits of employee benefit and 401(k) plans,
preparation of forecasts and projections, and
